At Italian Design Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full or partial refund, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Return Fees & Deductions

A 20% restocking and collection fee will be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind returns.

This covers logistics, collection, inspection, and restocking costs.

Example: If your item costs £1,000, your refund will be £800.

Condition of Returned Items
  • Items must be returned in "as new" condition
  • Unpacking for inspection is allowed, similar to a showroom
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or assembly may be subject to reduced refunds
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund where applicable, in line with your legal rights.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
  • Made-to-order or customised furniture
  • Items marked as clearance or final sale
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
