Ordering

Orders can be placed through our website, by telephone, or in our showroom.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where necessary.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colours, and images are accurate.

Please note:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

• Product dimensions may vary within standard manufacturing tolerances.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you before processing the order.

Klarna Finance

Stock Availability

Product availability is subject to stock levels.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss available options, including a replacement product, delayed delivery, or refund.

Delivery

We deliver throughout most of the United Kingdom.

• Free standard delivery is available within Coventry.

• In-stock items are typically delivered within 3–10 working days.

• Long-distance and remote-area deliveries may take 2–4 weeks.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed, dispatched, or specially ordered from a supplier, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom-made and made-to-order products cannot usually be cancelled once production has begun.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence.

Customers purchasing online have rights under UK consumer protection legislation, including a 14-day cancellation period for eligible products.

For unwanted furniture returns:

• The item must be returned in resalable condition.

• A 20% collection, handling, and restocking charge may apply.

• Custom-made and personalised items are generally non-returnable unless faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may offer:
