Ordering
Orders can be placed through our website, by telephone, or in our showroom.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where necessary.

Stock Availability

Delivery
We deliver throughout most of the United Kingdom.

Free standard delivery is available within Coventry.

In-stock items are typically delivered within 3–10 working days.

Long-distance and remote-area deliveries may take 2–4 weeks.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed, dispatched, or specially ordered from a supplier, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Custom-made and made-to-order products cannot usually be cancelled once production has begun.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to shop with confidence.
Customers purchasing online have rights under UK consumer protection legislation, including a 14-day cancellation period for eligible products.
For unwanted furniture returns:

The item must be returned in resalable condition.

A 20% collection, handling, and restocking charge may apply.

Custom-made and personalised items are generally non-returnable unless faulty.
